Saltgator Warranty Policy

At Saltgator, we stand behind the quality of our products. When you purchase directly from Saltgator or an authorized Saltgator distributor, your product is automatically covered by a 1-year limited warranty. For extended protection, you may have the option to purchase an additional 1-year coverage.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including necessary software support. It does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper use or maintenance

  • Accidents, drops, or external forces

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Use with incompatible accessories or materials

  • Commercial or non-personal use

Any unauthorized repair or alteration will void the warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a claim, please email support@saltgator.com with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation)

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the problem

Shipping Damage:

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@saltgator.com with photographic evidence. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Warranty Resolution Options:

If your claim is approved, Saltgator may:

  1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts

  2. Replace it with a new or refurbished item of equal value

  3. Refund part or all of your original payment (product must be returned)

Effective Date:

The warranty starts from the date the product is delivered. Applies to purchases made from www.saltgator.com or authorized resellers.

Disclaimer:

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser or gift recipient and is non-transferable. Customers outside standard shipping regions may be responsible for shipping costs on repairs or replacements.
