Shipping Regions & Costs:

We currently offer free shipping to:

• The contiguous 48 U.S. states

• United Kingdom

• Germany

• France

• Canada

• Australia

• South Korea

Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times:

• From U.S. warehouse: 4–7 business days

• From international warehouse: 7–30 business days

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. You can track your order via your Saltgator account or directly on our site using your order number.

Import Taxes & Duties:

All applicable taxes and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Saltgator will notify you in advance if any additional fees apply.

Shipping Adjustments:

• Address changes before shipment are free

• In-transit changes via FedEx may incur a $20 fee

• Order cancellation/refusal after shipment: incurs a $100 fee

• Changes to product color/model must be made before the order ships

Additional Notes:

• Public holidays may delay shipments

• Customs clearance may extend delivery times

• Accessories may ship separately

• Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to activate
